Fullscreen clock
A large clock for a classroom, a presentation, or a second screen.
Loading current time. The clock follows your device and is not announced every second.
This clock follows your device.
How to use it
- Press Fullscreen. The browser asks to use the screen. If it blocks the request, the clock expands inside the page instead.
- Press Escape or Exit to leave fullscreen.
- Keep screen on asks for a wake lock so the display is less likely to sleep. If the browser cannot hold one, the button says so.
- Seconds, colors, and the time zone still come from Customize. This is the same device clock as the homepage.
Limits to know
- Fullscreen is a browser permission. Clockbeam cannot force a projector or a locked-down school browser to allow it.
- A sleeping display or a closed laptop will not keep the clock on the screen.
Questions
What if the browser blocks fullscreen?
The clock expands inside the page so the time is still large. Press Exit or Escape to return to the normal layout.
Is this a different clock from the homepage?
No. Both read your device time, or the zone you picked in Customize. This page is for filling a classroom screen or a second display.
