Meeting time planner
Pick two to four cities, see when their working hours overlap, and share that time.
Add at least two cities to compare working hours.
How to use it
- Add two, three, or four cities. The first city is the one whose clock you set.
- Working hours default to 9:00–17:00 in each city. Change the start or end if the group uses a different window.
- The shared band is the overlap of those local windows. The time field converts one minute into every selected city.
- Copy meeting link sends the cities, working hours, date, and time. Opening it does not place a calendar event.
Limits to know
- Working hours stay inside one local day. A shift that crosses midnight is not a separate mode.
- If a chosen minute falls in a daylight-saving gap, the planner shows the next valid minute. If the minute happens twice, it shows the earlier one.
- The link is a configuration. Search engines keep the clean meeting planner address.
Questions
What counts as overlapping working hours?
Each city contributes its own local window, by default 9:00 to 17:00. The overlap is the part of the day that sits inside every window at the same moment.
Does the shared meeting link start a call?
No. It restores the cities, working hours, date, and proposed time on this page. It does not create a calendar invite or join a meeting.
