How to use it

Use ten minutes for a short talk, a warmup, or a quiet block that needs more than a quick break. Use five minutes when you only need a brief pause.
Can I change the 10 minute timer after it opens?
Yes. The hour, minute, and second fields, and the minute buttons, change the duration before you press Start. They are ignored while the countdown is running.
