Set the OBS browser source to 1920 × 1080.

OBS setup
  1. Copy the browser source URL.
  2. In OBS, add a Browser Source and paste that URL.
  3. Set the width to 1920 and the height to 1080. Leave the custom CSS empty.
  4. A transparent overlay stays clear. A solid preset fills the source.
  5. An event time, or a duration with Anchor to now, keeps the same end after a reload. Otherwise a duration is remembered only in that browser source.
  6. Pause needs Controls, then right-click the source and choose Interact. This overlay does not play sound.
